You will be able to view and download your documentation, make amendments to your policy and then buy Car Hire Cover, Motoring Legal Protection, Breakdown Assistance Cover and Personal Injury Cover to top up your level of cover for ultimate peace of mind.

Any correspondence sent to you from esure broker will also be stored in your online account so that everything is in one place for your convenience.
What changes can I make to my policy online?
You can make changes to your personal details, your car and your named drivers. Here is a list of just some of the changes that you can make online:
- Your Details: you can change your address, contact information (telephone number and email) and your occupation.
- Car Details: you can change your level of cover, change your car if you’ve bought a new one, and alter your mileage if your circumstances change.
- Drivers: you can change details of named drivers (such as add a conviction or claim) or include a new or temporary driver on your policy.
How can I make a change to my policy online?
After you’ve logged in just click on the ‘Manage Policy’ button for the policy you’d like to amend. For each of the sections providing details of your policy there will be an associated amend link, e.g. ‘Amend Your Details’ and ‘Change Car Details’.
Some amendments to your policy may result in a refund or require an additional premium to be paid.

How can I buy an Optional Extra online such as Car Hire Cover, Motoring Legal Protection, Personal Injury Cover or Breakdown Assistance Cover?
Currently Optional Extras can only be purchased online after you’ve made an amendment to your policy. However, please call us on 0800 032 4791 to make a purchase over the phone.
Why can’t I make a change to my policy online within 31 days of my renewal date?
During this 31-day period we calculate a new quote for you and then send out an invitation for you to renew with us for another year. If any of your details change, this could affect your renewal quote. Please call our Customer Service team on 0845 603 0380 who will be happy to amend your cover over the phone during this period and make sure that your renewal quote accurately reflects your new circumstances.
What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password just click on the 'Forgotten Password' button on the Account Login page. You will be asked for your Email Address and the answer to the security question that you set when you created your account.
A temporary password will be emailed to you and you will be prompted to change this as soon as you log into your account.
